Place is really nice. They have tons of products. Honesty the reason I give it 2 stars is because I felt discriminated by some employees not all but some. The girls at the juice bar and some guy who either seems to be the Manager or pretends to act like one. I use to shop at Whole Foods a lot but this place not sure I won’t be coming back 🙁

maybe 2-2.5; likely not to return. Only checkout clerk greeted while in store for ~15 minutes. 1st visit in 10 years, primarily to browse might purchase. As soon as I approach customer service, diff clerk walks in my direction as if I am not there. She does not speak only looks around at booth pretending to do something. Walks to grab & go section where 1 customer is present, only in there for another minute. Checkout appears in grab & go to rearrange items. Products were better than clerks. Store was also not busy nor crowded. did not need assistance, but a few were on my heels just because.

I love this store. Best smoothie bar, amazing lunch and baked goods, amazing selection of organic whole foods and packaged foods. Great selection of vegan and vegitarian foods. Organic coffee beans,fresh nut butters and more.

Today was my first visit to WW since it was sold to Lassen's. It's just not the same for me. Wine is no longer sold in the store, it is closed on Sunday, and prices were quite high on a number of items. (Of course, grocery prices are up everywhere.)
When I got to my car and checked my receipt. I discovered that the cranberry juice I purchased was much more expensive than I had realized. I immediately went back to the store to return the juice, which they refunded quickly and easily.
Unfortunately, though, that was probably my last visit to the Whole Wheatery.

i've been going to WW for over 20 years. the owner Cheryl never says Hello to me. i've spoken to her just a handful of times about nutrition. she knows who i am but chooses to ignore me. with the prices she charges, she could at least acknowledge a paying customer. now the restaurant is a to go only. so i won't be going back. priced way too high and food is adequate. Sprouts has amazing food to go. and sandwiches. you get what you pay for. maybe if she were customer service friendly she would get more business. she actually yelled at me during covid when i sat in the restaurant closed area. her help told me i could sit and eat my sandwich. Apparently, she didn't like it.

Love coming to Whole Wheatery, not just for the friendly employees who are always willing to help and are so knowledgeable. I do all natural vegan and gluten free shopping here, but I also love Netcharly's Cafe! From the waiter always friendly and the natural drinks they offer. This time around I got their fresh squeeze lemonade with natural honey and a whole Asian chicken salad. Honestly you have to try it. Yummy

Major changes were made by the chain that purchased The Whole Wheatery. Many of the fabulous staff and overall charm are gone. It's impossible to call in an order now. You end up with the wrong department, are told you will be transferred and the line goes dead.

Finally came the other day, & was not disappointed at all! A LOT of exclusive items. I love the local, chill vibe. Some prices are premium, some are normal.
