All I can say is, Happy-Wife-Happy-Life.
The Authentic Appliance Team went over-and-above customer service norms. They realistically assessed their recommendation for a new microwave and stove top, as well as prepared my wife for the possibility that the stove top would have to be ordered and therefore would require her patience. They called as soon as the appliances arrived and were very flexible with accommodating our scheduling needs. Jeff previously serviced our two-drawer dishwasher. He always presented as appropriately serious, maintained a socially appropriate sense of humor, tolerated me hovering, cleaned up after each job, as well as answered ALL of my wife's inquires; seemingly with sincerity and patience.

I had multiple quotes and a pretty good knowledge on what needed to be done for my new appliances. My issue was time. I have 3 young kids, 8 month pregnant wife and a very time demanding job. I ran out of time and wanted to hire someone to finish installing my gas stove top and dishwasher. Jeff was amazing. He showed up during his time slot, communicated very well and did a thorough perfect install. Since i had a decent understanding of what was needed, his wife made me feel very confident that Jeff was the right person for the job. I scheduled his services on Tuesday and by Thursday evening the job was complete. I recommend 100% using Jeff and company for your appliance needs.

Update: New purchase
Because of the great service we received before we decided to purchase our new fridge from Authentic Appliance. From the time of order to delivery it was less than a week. Love the GE fridge! Just super happy they were able to get it so fast and in time for the holidays. Thanks Stacey, Jeff and Blake for all your help!!

My dryer stopped working and was really happy that it was repaired the same day. I was impressed with their text system to let me know that “Jeff would be there in 44 minutes.” Repair and service was quick. Very happy to have the dryer working again. I highly recommend this company!
