Normally a good bank, I ordered euros but had to pick it up in person, I just had SURGERY and was assured i wouldn’t have to wait. My wife took me and we went to the handicapped window THEN they helped 3 people who came AFTER I did. I went to stand in the damn line so i could be helped. They knew i just had surgery, they knew i couldn’t be waiting 😡😡😡

Worst customer service ever. I waited at the teller window for 15 min for the teller to send me a new debt card not only did I wait nothing was done. She had to get the manager involved it took forever when I could clearly done it online. Thinking of closing my account they had only two bankers available when the lobby was completely full. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone in and no is available to help.

UPDATE 7/28/23
Today, I was in somewhat of financial emergency situation and only needed a quick YES or NO answer to one question that would have immediately solved my delimma. HOWEVER, THIS DAMN BRANCH (nearest my home) NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER ANSWERS THEIR DAMN PHONES!!!!
How can they provide satisfactory customer service if they don't answer their phone, as a minimum

You rarely get an employee that answers the phone; always have to call back at different times of the day and STILL no answer!
So, I just call another branch ten miles away that I've done business with before and get the professional service expected of Wells Fargo. They ALWAYS answer immediately and it doesn't take three days to get an appt with a banker.

Very frustrated with this location, I called many times to see if their systems were up because this particular day my nearest location had their system down which meant I couldn't deposit money. So to not waste time I wanted to call this location and ask if they were also down but they never answered. I called three times and was hung up It's really frustrating and unprofessional. Never had that happen.

Felt as if I was walking in line to join the Army . The security Lady was way too pushy and over doing the Covid drills . I understand I get it I also like to follow the rules and be safe but it can be pushed to far. This lady gets in your face loud and keeps staring you down makes everyone uncomfortable she made me angry the tone she used to talk to me . Some one in management needs to talk to her to tone the voice base down she way too aggressive. I spoke with window cashier James who just didn’t care at all. Any ways that’s my experience at this branch .

My company banks with them so I'm there up to 3 days a week. It goes pretty smoothly but in particular Carmen always has a smile on her face, cheerful demeanor and she even remembers her regulars. She truly understands and practices customer service.

You are unable to go into the bank and do any transactions other then deposit or withdraw. Must make an appointment for anyting else and the appointment's ate a week or more. Do better Wells Fargo.
