I just stopped into this location as my laptop wouldn’t let me download anything that was not Microsoft. Agent Andy assisted me. He told me it was an easy fix and sounded like I was in S mode (I think). He literally pushed a button and my account synced with it and it was fixed. I cannot thank Andy enough of his support and patience with my questions! I am extremely grateful for the help!

Took hard drive in damaged in an apartment fire. Geek Squad told me it may not be possible to retrieve data and I understood. They explained they what they would do and what the process was. Kept me informed and delivered on their end. Not one issue. They were amazing and I would have given five stars even if the data could not have been retrieved because they were so professional.

As the geek squad just told me, "we don't fix hardware issues" I am pretty sure they shouldn't be listed as a laptop repair shop. They only do some of the issues and ignore the rest. If they don't do all the work, then they obviously aren't repairing laptops.

The staff at the site are polite but there seems to be little they can do onsite to repair real problems. They always end up sending it out for repair so don't expect a quick turnaround for anything other than software installs, memory upgrades, or a quick dust cleaning.

If you're looking for good customer service over the phone, forget it. you almost always have to wait a very long time for anyone even to answer, and then your call may get passed around from one department to another and have to wait at each one in the same way until finally someone gets you where you wanted. Very frustrated.

Went in. Bought some blu-rays. Checked out quick. The only distraction were two kids slamming the doors to the soda coolers while their parents just stood there and watched. Otherwise great experience.
