In general, Chick-fil-A is above any chicken sandwich shop. Just try one and you’ll see that you’re biting into real chicken meat and not chicken hash.

For this store specifically, it was a pleasant dining experience. Line was fast, order was fast and done right. The condiment rack was full and complete. The staff are nice and pleasant and seem like they are happy to there. Food tasted great. (See my first paragraph.) Store was clean.

I've gone to this location for a while now at least 3 years and never once had a problem. If anything I've been provided the best service as chick-fil-a is known for. However for the past 2 times that in these past weeks. I have gotten my order wrong twice. First time is a mistake, sure, but second time now theres something wrong. I've had to see my family be disappointed at looking at the bag with the incorrect order. First time the person taking the order did not put a veggie wrap in the order. This second time I was given a cool wrap rather than a veggie wrap. I feel like they are either adjusting under new management or stop upholding their supreme level of customer service either or. This is for them to improve.

1 star out of 5, Edwen was running the shift inappropriate behavior on his part. I’ve never experienced such a rude worker in my life. I noticed he was wearing a manager shirt and that is shocking that he is a manager he has the most fragile ego and acts like a JERK. They also messed up my food and manager edwen was unaware of the bad service that was served to me because he was on his phone the entire time standing at a counter. How much do you guys pay him to just be standing doing NOTHING. I have came to this location multiple times and I always see that man on his phone he should be downgraded immediately or you guys should put him in check because he does not do his job right at all compared to the other amazing managers.

We go to this chick-fil-A couple times a week via drive through and always been happy with the food and portions. However, on 7/31/24 I ordered a couple items and one of them were the 8-chicken nuggets. We were so disappointed on the size of them when we got home. They were very small and looked like they were at the bottom of the basket! Few of them were 1/2 in diameter and very thin. We have never had this small size of nuggets there before.
I called the store on this date at 5:36pm and as of today, 8/2/24, never received a callback. Just disappointed during this order. I wonder if this is now the size and for $6.59 it is not worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service, especially from Jillian. I believe he should be terminated immediately for his behavior. I will be escalating this issue to the Chic-fil-A headquarters as I have never experienced such disrespect before. Despite being a loyal customer, I will not be returning to this location and I intend to share my negative experience on various social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and otheres

I’ve been to this location a few times, but this was my first time actually dining in. The service was wonderful. The employees were all polite and friendly, and quick to get my order out. The food was delicious. The chicken minis are my favorite! I wish I could order them all day, but unfortunately they are just a breakfast item. The entire restaurant was constantly cleaned by its employees to ensure everyone had a clean table to sit at

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brianna.A She was the shift manager. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one with extra lettuce. Come to find out the sandwich. We ordered didn't come with extra lettuce. Just one slice of lettuce when I brought it to Brianna's attention. She had a nasty attitude and told me. You can return your sandwich and I will give you your money back. And a lot of patrons that was inside of the establishment i was really shocked, so when I asked for the manager? He seems to back her up But when I ask one of the cashiers, she said we should have had 3 strips of lettuce on the sandwich. And this is the Lakewood California establishment.

Waited 25 minutes for our food,on a normal day and it wasn't even crowded... Everyone got attended and got there food and left...We sat to dine in and they were aware our order to long and didn't do anything about it or offered us something for the wait...After getting our food,we noticed they gave us all the tiny pieces of fries,and no whole or half or even quarter sized fries..We did have them replace them... Horrible experience unlike the always crowed but super fast Cerritos location. To top it all off they even had a dead flower on the table
