It is my pleasure to leave a review for LA Glass, and for Max Campbell as well as Jessie. I have a 26” x 55” table which needed a new glass top.

Max was extremely helpful explaining my options, which I never thought of, such as thickness, different types/sizes of rounded corners, type of glass edge, and being tempered. Max spent a lot of time on my order just as if it was a major job, although it was just a coffee table!

Max provided professional, polite, helpful, thorough and friendly help, as if I was an old friend or big customer. What impressed me the most is not just Max's knowledge, but how personally invested he is in making sure I considered my options and helped advise me to make the best decision. Max is also fun to work with as well as Jessie.

LA Glass then came out to confirm the dimensions and options mentioned above. Max is an excellent project manager and emailed me promptly and kept me apprised on the delivery date/time and was always available by phone. Delivery was fast, on time and flawless.

Great experience with this company. When remodeling my bathroom, we had found a Picture online of a wide all glass shower door that we wanted to replicate. I sent them a picture and they came out, measured, and had the door made pretty quickly. Very professional, and the product has been fantastic. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. I needed windows boarded up after a break-in and they provided excellent same day service. Juan did an excellent job of cleaning up the broken glass and securing the windows. Max was very responsive to my need for a glass replacement estimate. My family and I were out of town for the weekend and when we arrived home at 10 pm we had a sliding door smashed in and broken into. Los Angeles glass company was the only company that answered our call late at night and sent a technician out asap to board up the door. They also cleaned up all the broken glass which was very helpful bc I have a lot of kids at home. They quickly reordered the new sliding door and installed it asap. Max Campbell my account manager was extremely attentive. Answered all my calls and texts and all hours of the day. I highly recommend this company as the best glass repair company in LA!

What a pleasant experience for me when I wasn't even sure that they could help me since they do much bigger jobs than what I was seeking. I just needed the glass for a large picture frame replaced. Very responsive, recently my front window was broken. Don't know who why or how. But I contacted La glass repair and they were out the same day to do measurements and gave me a price. It took about a week for the window to get in. Once it got in they were at my house same day to install. Took about 3 hours. Their technicians explain the entire process took great care of the inside and outside of my house and the broken glass.
