My experience with Matteess Firm is beyond a 5 star , why ? Because Carl help was more than excellent. Me and my husband walked in just to see prices of the mattress not to buy. Carl was absolutely amazing and helped me get into the bed I did not know I needed. When it was time to purchase - Lamar jumped into to help as well. They got me an amazing deal!! If you are looking for the right bed for your body, this is the place to go! They were friendly, down to earth and that made it that much easier to purchase! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
