My favorite shoe store at the mall for a variety of different shoes. It's downsized over the years but I still love the selection they have there but the pricing is a little much but if you catch them on the right day the have really great sales. The staff is always ready and willing to assist you whenever you walk through the door! They also have great apparel there as well

go to any other finish line but this one. poor team management with no customer service. Takes forever to check out. Other workers have no intention starting a new cashier line while seeing a long queue. very much disappointing.

would honestly give this place less if i could. they had a line with about 30 people in it. this girl with long nails didn’t want to help anyone in the line. it wouldn’t been a problem if the other girl, that WAS checking people out, wasn’t so slow.

Went to go look for some Jordan’s that released today, (11 July 20202), I walked into the store and asked an employee if they had the shoes I was looking for, (that had been promoted by finish line to release today), and she told me the release for the shoes had been pushed back To my confusion, I questioned this and the associate insisted I follow up on the release in the future. I believe there is something mischievous going on at this finishline location. Not pointing fingers, but the lying from an associate to deter people from buying valued shoes that resale at a higher price than retail leads me to question if the people at this finishline are stocking up on Jordan’s for themselves. Very disappointed I fell for this employees lie and missed out on the Jordan 1 smoke grey 😓.

If you are in a hurry don’t ask Armondo! He was too busy to assist me but chose to help the next person. WTF. He claimed that 2 people can not be in the back at the same time but hey the nice girl was in the front checkout a customer. 🤨 Armondo your customer service skills are below par! Get some training! 👎👎

My friend told me that they have any shoe u can think of like he says they have yeezy boost on shelves which I don't believe but I'm pretty sure they got some good shoes i might visit next week 👍
