I was just there on Sunday 11/24/2024 and one of the employees was really rude having an attitude like she don’t like her job. This is not the first time I been in this store the last time I went in it was the same employees and the same thing she had a face of hate this job and very rude. Is this how they always treat their customers? I been a customer for the past 12 years from the childrenplace I've never had a problem tell now. And I seen the reviews now I see I'm not the only one that's had a problem with bad customer service ! This is crazy how you guys continue to keep this kind of employees! If you don’t like the retail business get out leave find something else that suits you better.

I was just their not long ago and Melissa and Sabrina are very rude. I didn't have my ID but I had a picture ID and just because she couldn't see the name herself , she said she would cancel my order " keep in mind she already had a attitude when i got there. When I told her if she couldn't see right, the lady "sabrina" in the back standing their the WHOLE time not trying to help, just yelled across from me and said I had to leave. Is this how they always treat their customers? I been a customer for the past 12 years from my children. I've never had a problem tell now. And I seen the reviews now I see I'm not the only one that's had a problem with bad customer service ! This is crazy how you guys continue to keep this kind of employees! Is so frustrating how the order I had placed online for "store pickup" was canceled now my Daughter don't have her uniform shirts because of a angry employees 😑 I also did a complaint on you guys website and still haven't heard nothing from you guys. Very disappointing is been a week.

Back to school shopping Time!
Very disappointed there's 2 dressing room and only 1 is available because it's either being used as storage and blocked by alot of boxes. Knowing it's Back to School time and they'll be getting a large crowd they would have it available. Waiting in the line for the dressing room felt like I was waiting in line for a theme park ride.
Definitely need to do better.
Workers are great, kind, and very helpful.

Everytime i go to this store, i think shes the manager with Red Hair , she has a bad attitude and if she doesnt like her job she needs to find a New one. The Store is Excellent and also the quality of the clothes, but i dont want to go back to this store because of the attitude this Manager has towards the people shopping there. I hope the owners or corporate sees this message and at least give them some feedback on this.

Their return policy is not the greatest on items that are still in store on sale, but they are so good helping find what is needed.

Really disorganized and messy. I love the store itself but you couldn't even get through with the mess. It was disgusting. I know it's not all only the employees fault. It's also the clients but simply gross.

This place looks like a tornado just went through...every time I've ever been here. Line barely moves. Took 30 minutes of waiting to do a return.. and that was with about 10 people ahead of me and 3 cashier's at a time. Never coming here again!!!!
