I called this location around 12pm to double check for a specific fannypack & the employee here was so helpful & kind. The guy that helped me doubled checked the item, called me back, & even hold it off for me while I got there. I didn’t get his name but he went above & beyond in helping secure the fannypack for my son’s birthday! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this location!

Last time I was there, the store owner was very rude. But when I came today, there were more employees and a different store owner, and they were all very helpful with the customers! I was thankfully able to buy 2 pairs of pants this time and they're still unfortunately very expensive as expected in a shopping mall.

They have really high prices considering most everything they sell can be found online, amazon, and Ross, Marshall, etc They still have an awesome selection of skateboards decks, trucks wheels and parts. The customer service was a little too much There were 6 employees all asking the same question every 2 mins...

My visit to Zumiez was magnificent! I went in for the new Dodgers collection and the workers helped me find it right away. Then I was drawn to the Buy 1 get 1 free rack and found cute dresses to try on. There were 3 different male workers who gave me advice and helped me find what I wanted. They also gave me free stickers!

Horrible experience there - I came in Sunday between 3-4pm on Jan 22,2017 and the girl at the counter was eating a sandwich while ringing customers up - it took so long for her to do so , and she never told me or others waiting that it would take her a long time or said anything for us to wait , there was only one customer before I paid and it was taking so long that I put my items down and just walked out - never going back again- leaving disappointed
