I ordered through GrubHub and made a mistake and somehow double ordered while trying to leave an extra tip. Totally all my fault. As I was trying to cancel Christine from DVR called me, to my surprise. She wanted to make sure it wasn't a mistake, which it was..she went out of her way to help me get the order cancelled and called me again to make sure I knew 🥰 This is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time...Christine was absolutely amazing and her customer service skills are freaking fantastic!!! She probably deserves a raise.. dealing with all that!!
