Very convenient location and a great deal with a coffee and a croissant for £2.50 love it! However, this store has been opened just for a week and this is how it looks like on Monday morning. I’ve been there at least 5 times and there was rubbish on the floor every time.

Two weeks later. Store offers freshly baked bread rolls and pastry but bread rolls are never ready by 8am!? So what’s the point? Store opens at 7am and that’s when all bread rolls should be ready. Simple.

Absolute gem of a store, for what is located around. I usually pass by here and grab a coffee and a soup. They have a very convenient coffee machine, cant go wrong.
I would say the prices are abit high but then it is co-op. Lacking in variety for the most needed goods. Mostly snacks available. Not much more!

Found insects from the strawberries I brought from Co-op today. I don’t think they are harmful but this is really gross. I brought the expensive range as well. I was looking forward to these strawberries as well 🤦🏾‍♂️

Double-check your account when paying in this shop, as they are charging you twice and refusing to refund you. I made a small purchase on Tuesday morning. The self-checkout was giving me problems with the payment, and after a member of staff clicked on something, I was charged again. The shift manager was really nice and professional, promising that if the payment did not return to my account within 48 hours, he would process the refund for me. Since both transactions went through and didn’t have a ‘pending status,’ I was sure it wouldn’t come back, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Azar, completely opposite to the staff member, was rude and unprofessional, refusing the refund and completely ignoring what I was trying to explain to him. I was still in the shop talking to a staff member, and instead of speaking directly to me, he was shouting from the aisle to his staff member: “tell her this… tell her that.” When I asked him why he couldn’t speak directly to me if I was next to his team member, he threw his arm, said something under his nose, and left! I called customer service, and they asked me to go back to the shop and ask for a refund once again. Azar refused again. I called customer service again, and they said the area manager would contact me. Two days later, no one contacted me. I came back today, more than 48 hours after the situation, as was promised to be refunded after 48 hours; however, I was refused again. The shift manager, Prishat, was really nice and tried to help. He called Azar, who refused to give a refund again and said that the shop can’t make a refund and customer service needs to do it. On my Tuesday call, customer service said that they are unable to do the refund, and the shop needs to do it. So how can I get my money back

My local co-op, I'm very grateful that this is near where I live. I buy groceries here once every week or more. I have noticed sometimes some items are expired and they properly check. Other than the expiry issue, I understand the shop is small but I wish they had more crisps or snacks options. There is a whole aisle for alcohol, like I get that makes money, but a lot of people that live in the area are families with kids and would be great if they had more food/snack related items.

Over priced and limited selection of products. This shop only takes advantage of its location. Dear Co-Op, please if you want to do a good thing for the community, hand this place over to Tesco or Sainsbury’s! Regards.

Should change opening times. It says closes at 10pm daily but they close earlier.

About time we had a convenience store at this development. It’s modern, and stocks are excellent with a wide range of products. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
