Unacceptable service. Didn’t want to accept my parcel for delivery or when trying to collect made it almost impossible to do.
Personal is rude and shouldn’t offer the service they cannot provide.

Very poor service today. The shop is very busy because of Wireless but to turn away customers collecting parcels is ridiculous, especially when it takes 30 seconds. If you offer the service, you can't choose not to provide it just because you're busy! Making people upset and angry

Cheap and friendly

does do UPS parcel pick up and drop off

Although shop customers will be served before UPS customers and unlike other ups points they do accept parcels so it’s handy
