Went in today to buy som snacks. No prices labels for any of the items that I was purchasing. Got to the till and still couldn't see how much the item was when scanned as the till display wasn't visible to me. The guy was rude. The business needs reporting.

Horrible experience. The guy behind the counter charged me twice for the most expensive Fanta ever and then he didn't charge me for the Milky Way, which in most places they're a max of £1...
Absolutely, utterly appalling... you Sir should be ashamed of yourself. I'll never step foot in this con shop ever again!!

I did not think it was funny at all when the clerk told me I had to pay £10 to pickup my parcel there, and said this elaborate reason why for this retailer pickup is at extra charge.

It went beyond the scope of a “joke” when I had said three times that this shouldn’t be the case and there’s an misunderstanding, and still you insisted that I had to pay to receive my parcel and this confrontation lasted 5 minutes. What is wrong with you ?

If you are the owner or the clerk - please don’t make that joke again. It was not funny at all and I would not hesitate to report this as an attempt at fraud next time.

At best this place negligently overcharges each purchase. At worst this place fraudulently attempts to overcharge each purchase. I’m unsure which. Upon questioning the overly expensive amount I was about to be charged for some food items, the amount was reduced to still an overly expensive amount. So the fact the amount was reduced means that they are either being negligent or fraudulent. Don’t go there unless you absolutely have to.

£11.99 for a £6 bottle of wine.
£3.49 for 2 litres bottle of Pepsi max.
There's a Tesco about 10 walk away please use that.
I hope these scammers go out of business.
