Not open after 7pm on Saturday despite Google Maps saying open until 9pm. I can see that the store owner is active here. Please update your opening times to avoid inconveniencing many people. The reviews are scattered with complaints about your store not being open when it should be. I will be going elswhere in future and would recomment others do the same.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. AVOID.

Update: I agree, the problem is not the printer not working. I went to the shop to return two Amazon items. This shop is listed on Amazon as a parcel shop where items can be dropped without package or printer. When I arrived, the machine was not printing the labels and stopped working altogether. The two staff members showed a distant, uninterested, rather unpleasant attitude. No apologies, no explanations, no alternatives offered. Moreover, they say they don't take unboxed parcels of that size - Amazon has them listed as providing that service, for that particular item. Indeed, the problem is not that the printer is not working, I've had that before. It's everything else.

Have used this shop to drop off Hermes parcels for return and pick up a couple of things. Very well-run and organized shop that sells a wide variety of essentials despite its small size.

I really appreciate the service here, especially since many off license shops mysteriously have “broken” Hermes printers these days. Always polite and helpful service.

most inconvenient convenience store ever. my parcel got delivered yesterday and i’ve been 3 times already this morning and it’s STILL closed !!! absolute joke, needed my parcel for this evening. if i’d of known this would happen i would not of got it delivered here.

A lovely little store for office types and locals. Seemingly family run - so you’re sending your money the right way! Always polite/friendly whenever I go in. They genuinely care about delivering good products, and great for an ice cold bottle of water on a hot day.
