First time we visited, we had friendly quick service. Today, we went back to order and they only have two sales reps. They were both with customers. There was one lady ahead of us waiting to be acknowledged. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to at least say hi. No one did so we had track down a rep to see if anyone could help us. The sales rep was completely unapologetic that there wasn't enough help available so we left.

Very pleased with the outcome!

So, my condo fireplace was dated. Very late 80s early 90s feel. And I wanted a more modern and contemporary feel, plus being close to the beach it was somewhat rusted and run down.

The folks over at Fireplace Plus did a fantastic job. Looks great, works excellent and was exactly what I wanted. Now, if you are looking for quick/cheapy job these are not the people to go to. If you want it done right and professional looking then look no further. I would use them again if I had another fireplace.

Few people have the knowledge, expertise, and family oriented service than the people at FPP. I stumbled across Janie and her husband Rick when I was a teenager and man has it served me well through out all of my needs for my home and outdoor patio. Ignore any bad reviews you see, there is not better place to turn to for home/hearth etc.

I would not recommend using this business. Four years ago my wife and I had the fireplace completely redone, inside and out. Because of its smaller size (built in the 90's) a specific remote starter and pilot assembly was recommended. The logs, the outer facade, the handles all look nice. However we have never been able to keep the system functional and after 4 years, they recommend replacing it with another system altogether. This, coupled with a service call for these issues within a year after the fact that never fixed the problem ($200 wasted) simply means that these people are just interested in selling you something and do not care about it actually functioning as promised. Save yourself some money and frustration and go elsewhere. Spending hundreds of dollars on empty promises and excuses is not worth it.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. However, they referred me to a mason named Earl Flores for an installation of a custom dampener. He broke three ceiling tiles on my roof when trying to measure the chimney and refused to take responsibility 😠 when I called fireplaces plus and let them know they referred an unprofessional jerk they backtracked faster than a gopher caught in a headlight. I let them know I did not want them to reimburse, just needed the parts to fix my chimney. This turned me off because you trust them to give you a good referral since they are supposed to be the experts.
Will no longer do business with them.

Eli was fabulous he walked us through getting the gas fireplace going again (the pilot would not lite), over the phone and saved us the cost of a visit and we immediately got our fireplace lit.
