Little congested since the aisles are little narrower. On the positive note, it is very convenient for those who work in the same building where it is located as the entrance is just from inside the building but the same cannot be used as exit that is sometimes a hassle if one shops during working hours.

Customer care doesn´t seem to be a policy at this store. I usually shop there because I work in the same building, and I am not only considering to stop going to this concrete store, but to stop buying at KIWI. Some of the employees at this location seem to be unhappy when applying the "durability warranty" KIWI has (meaning that if you find a product which is expiring that day or the next one, you get it for free). It happened today that while I was looking at meat, one of them came and almost shouted at me that I was not allowed to move packages. First of all, I like to take the one expiring the later possible (meaning it is the freshest one), so of course I look into expiring dates. Why does he have to assume I am looking for a free good? Also, I told him I was not able to properly understand Norwegian and he continued using this language, something I find really rude, as he is able to speak perfect English. He repeated the same thing three times, always in Norwegian.

Jeg måtte be om kvittering i kassa. Der sto 1 stk squash kr 19,90 i stedet for mine 3 stk poteter. Det ble besvart med at pris på (3 stk) potet og 1 stk squash var den samme. Potetene var forøvrig ikke priset i grønnsaksdisken. Jeg returnerte potetene og måtte krangle meg til på korrekt returbeløp.
Generelt mye dårlig eller mangelfull prising i butikken.
Hyggelig fast betjening der, Så jeg håper jeg fortsatt skal like å handle der.
