Incredibly unfair service. I took an item and left with it. 1 minute after leaving I noticed a booking of a very large price on my card. I went back, and it was a „3 for 2“ item, so the cashier booked the double price for my single item. I directly returned and told her this. She said my bad luck. I said I could just take two more of the item and it would be fine. But she denied. This with a very smug smile on her face. Incredible customer service, never had worse.

Good food, reasonable price. But be careful the food can be wrongly labeled, I took burek which was labeled as containing spinach only (vegetarian) and found out it was a chicken one when I started eating. I came back to point that out to the person working there, and she did not look to realise that this could be dangerous for people having allergies or whatever. She just said "oh yeah they just did a mistake in the order of the plates" and did not bother to rectify it. I insisted on the fact that this was important and she said she'll correct it but did not seem to worry that much.

Bad service and expensive even for the worker at the airport. Does not make sense that the coffee or food are not made according to the schedule of the flights or working hours from the airport for example. It always comes late and when you ask the workers it seems they don’t care at all. For what so they change from 7 eleven to this brand when is more expensive and worst service?
