Easy to book and great service in the shop.
Not giving the 5th star because there should be more info for first time users to describe where the store is. It took me a while to figure out that it was a grocery shop without any Bounce signage or brand.
Will use again for sure.

The Luggage Storage area is actually part of a convenience store. The location is very central to the Oslo Central train station and bus terminal.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. Even when we were held up by a delay in our flights, Bounce allows us to adjust the timing for the collection of the luggage through the app. Will definitely use Bounce more often in the future. THANK YOU!!

All went well, but the only option for drop the bag was to pay 24h and i just needed it for 4h. It's good for the bussiness for sure, but for the client not so much. We have to pay for a service without enjoying it fully, because there is no other option.

Good but hard to find and frustrating when you are in a hurry. The email instructions also don't help as they mention a shop INSIDE the station.

How to find the city bike drop off location:

you are INSIDE the trainstation: Find the 7Eleven near the Bjørvika exit of the station. Then go outside and take a right down the stairs. Shop is just there next to the stairs.

you are OUTSIDE the trainstation: Look for the Thon hotel on the square next to the trainstation (should be on your leftside/water on your right side). Facing the hotel you'll see the side entrace of the station. The shop is at the bottom of those stairs.

Process to store the bags was very simple. Staff was quick to respond.
Very convenient location. Right besides the central train station and bus stops, and was is open until 12.
Def recommend stashing big bags that will weigh you down in between hotels!

Located within Narvesen convenience store. Book in advance via Bounce app and show your QR code at the till. They will take a picture of your luggage before taking it through the back for you. Very easy booking process and helpful staff.

Excellent experience. Everything worked out perfectly. It's definitely different than anything you would expect in the United States. They simply store your luggage in a back room until you return to pick it up. The Bounce app showed us where to go and notified us that it was time to pick up our luggage.

Its very convenient to drop off and pick up the luggage. Nice service! And the Narvensen store is also very nice, affordable snacks and coffee!!
