I’ve seen their stuff many times on social media. Today I was lucky to run into the shop.

The shop is adorable inside and out and the owners are even more adorable. One is an artist and the other is incredibly cool. We chatted with her for a good while. It’s so awesome to see a successful Latina/o business and actually get to meet the owners.

I wanted an “Hecho in Highland Park” t shirt but they were out of them. They actually had a few other really cool designs too. They have all kinds of trinkets and thingies and stuff.

I loved the plants they had on sale. I told the owner that they were “Señora starter kits”. It’s a thing. Señoras (our tias, moms and abuelas) really love their plants. Especially these kinds that grow out like a vine and grow everywhere and bring life into Latina/o households. Oh, yeah, guys can like them too.

Another really cool thing they have are pins of all the most famous Latina/o neighborhoods. So awesome. Sadly, they had Boyle Heights but not Bell or Bell Gardens. I grew up in Bell.

The artist is a guy and it looks like there’s a little part of the store where he may actually work on his art. Some of his art is in the store. It’s actually pretty cool.

I highly recommend visiting this shop.

Saw an Ad on Instagram and decided to shop for hoops, I honestly loved the jewelry and I didn’t mind waiting 3-4 weeks to receive, i expected quality products. I received two sets of hoops. The heart shaped ones were impossible to open and when I was able to, the lock broke and the other I couldn’t open it at all. The other set I could wear it once or twice before it breaks in half, heart set of hook also looks like it will break in half. I spent $40 on these and definitely sad; I tried contacting customer service and no reply. Oh and I paid $10 for shipping too.

Beautiful art, apparel, jewelry for women. The owner is very friendly. This store is located in a historic area. Children books are sold here and the ambiance is welcoming for all ages.

honestly i loved my outfit , Got so many compliments & i just felt beautiful anf confident . Sometimes buying online what expect isnt what you get but i got exactly what i wanted ! I recommend it to everyone
