This store has had its fitting rooms closed since the pandemic. Another store that took advantage of the situation and never cared to open it back up. If they are having problems with sales i’m pretty sure thats the reason. Not only that you can not return or try on over your clothes. They got some really cute clothes but if i can not try on or my daughters can’t we just walk out they wont get our business. And im sure im not the only one. OPEN YOUR FITTING ROOMS

The girl that works at the store is extremely rude especially the manager Jessica she need to improve her interaction with customers, and multiple times i demanded to talk to her superiors and she argued to not give me the information when I asked politely. I still want to talk to her superior about the situation that unfolded.
