This company has very rude customer service even the managers are snarky and unhelpful. Won’t be receiving my baby shower dress to the right address which I had to budget for it because it’s expensive!! so now I’m probably going to be stuck trying to get an old dress around my third trimester belly or wearing leggings to my only baby shower I’ll ever have since this baby is a miracle rainbow baby. No refunds and no help at all to get the dress going to the right place. :/ very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company.

My order was automatically cancelled just because of my home address. Apparently any orders going to my home town are considered fraudulent so I’m basically not able to purchase from this company. I live in a suburb of a major city…
Not pleased with this discriminatory treatment.

Right now, I’m not happy. I ordered a couple nights ago and the tracking system sucks, it takes you to a dead link and an ad filled page that forces you to download a tracking app. I don’t like that.The validity of this company is making me very uneasy. I reached out to customer service and I swear it’s a bot bc all they did was send me what I just explained above. Only giving two stars cuz my review has yet to be completed based on the fulfillment of my purchase.

Ordered a couple of dresses from them all the way to Canada. After paying 25 dollar courier and 28 dollar duty, the clothes that I got were poor quality and nowhere near deserving the price that I had to pay. Very poorly made and looked dull.

Had to return and pay again 10 USD for the return fee.

Never again will I order and recommend friends to stay away from them.

If I could give no stars I would. I use to love this company and have spend a lot of money with this company. Lately they have been nothing but trouble. Their customer service is terrible and I’ve never been more disgusted with a company taking advantage of their loyal customers. I’m never shopping with them again after I get my return label from them. If I ever get it from then. I’ve been communicating with them bavk and forth and I only have a certain amount of days till I can return my stuff that I already paid for my return label. It almost seems like they’re trying to run my time out so I can’t return the clothes. Watch out for these sneaky guys!!

The clothes look as pictured, but they are not maternity clothes. They're just bigger all over. The top I got is big all around, instead of just making room for my belly, so it bunches up in the back. The pajama shorts don't go under or over the belly- they're just big and loose.

I bought 2 jeans because im pregnant. The jeans aren’t like the pictures at all. Custumer service didn’t help me because the price are in discount but about the exchange and return when you pay they don’t say anything. Don’t buy in this store you will waste your money!

The ladies at the warehouse saved me big time. I had a corporate Christmas party I had to attend to and am pregnant so I bought one of their maternity dresses. 2 hours before the party I tried ironing the dress and thanks to pregnancy brain burned a hole into the dress. I drove to the warehouse they helped me place another order for the same dress and had it out for me to carry out in a matter of minutes! Saved me big time and showed such kindness! Thank you ladies, you are amazing!
