Bought a pair of new pair of sunglasses this past summer. They then offered to replace my lenses from my old pair for half price
Which I did couple of weeks later. The one lens pitted up,could not see very well through them. Took them back to the Oakley store at St Johns town center. Where the employee told me (Malik) that it was either from sweating,wearing to long in the sun,,leaving them in my car to long. I asked the question when he finally ran out of excuses of everything I did wrong, do you back your product or not. His answer was no.
So Oakley please quit sending me emails, texts,, flyers.
I will never buy an Oakley product again. I don't like being rude to and blamed for a defective product.

I have purchased Oakley glasses for many years and have always been delighted with the make.I recently found that a pair I had scratched was covered under warranty from Oakley, this also added to my excellent impression of the company. I returned the damaged glasses and now told after 2 weeks I may have to wait a further 3-4 weeks for my refund to be awarded from Oakley UK.

I worked for this company as an Assistant Manager and as the Ambassador for the Youth Program. I held a in store event in July for the Junior Rodeo World Finals Qualifiers from the State of Oregon to compete for the World Championships in Las Vegas this past week. The agreement between the organization and Oakley that the kids would come in and sign autographs and learn about the products July 31-Aug 2 from 11-2 and 20% of sales would be donated back to them. Guess what, I received a message from the organization just the other day that Oakley had failed to send any money to these kids to help with costs. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Went to a veterans biker run to see our favorite band. Oakley was an amazing bldg. People there were all nice . Store was huge.

I have been using oakley products for decades now but unfortunately the last few years I seen the quality tank. I purchaced some golf shirts and when I tryed them the two sleeves are completely different sizes. Next purchase was for safety glasses for work. The first time I wore them they cracked from the noise piece up. With in a week I have 4 cracks in the lens. I'm not sure how they would even protect you if they are breaking from light use. I can say Oakley's products has lost all quality and unfortunately they don't care. I can't see ever paying such a premium price for such low quality products that isn't even backed by the company.

I bought my husband a pair of glasses (they sold me the display) for Fathers Day at Irvine Specdrum. When he opened his gift this morning from the original oakley box, he noticed a small scratch on the lenses. We decided to have lunch at the spectrum and bring them back to the original store.

The Oakley store REFUSED to give me a refund, or exchange then. The manager was beyond disrespectful on Father’s Day and said there was nothing he could do.

As a kid who grew up wearing Oakley and now run a business, it’s sad to see a good brand go bad. I will never purchase another school backpack or sunglasses for my kid, or any further products for my husband. I hope a pair of $200 sunglasses was worth loosing a customer for many more years or generation’s.

Place fell off with quality and warranty. Used to have a great warranty program. But looks like they don't care about their product anymore. Bought a new pair from oakley. Arm broke within a month got another broke again a few months. Later took it to see if they could do anything. Turns out they don't care about customers or product quality.
