My rear derailleur hanger broke, called several shops and all of them told me to schedule a week from that day. Called cyclepro and they told me no problem we'll try our best to get it done that day. 30 mins later I had my bike up and running and even tuned up! Great service, great people.

Hours are wrong. Please don't take bikes to fix if it's going to be a burden on you; I would've gladly taken my bike elsewhere for repair. Thanks for the help and best of luck.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very poor sales, repair and customer service. Very good at overpricing. You and your bike deserve better - Go to OC Bike Garage instead.

I got a flat tire on my mtn bike so I decided to get tubeless tires installed. I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and pick it up this morning. Great customer service, good prices, and quick turn around!

Been taking my bike here for a few years now. Originally took it there because I saw the reviews were so great, and now I understand why! I should have written this review a long time ago but sorry it took me so long! Juan is a very kind man and knows what he is doing! As long as this shop exists and as long as I live here, I will never take my bike anywhere else. So don't even think twice about it, take your bike here. Always the same great service.

Called a year ago when I was had a flat and asked if they had a 20 inch tube in stock which they said yes. I asked since I had a flat and was walking by their shop, could I use their 17mm and a tire lever so I could repair the bike instead of walking all the way home. They said no you can't use our tools. I come by recently to buy a spoke wrench and he said they don't even have those and didn't even offer to use his own spoke wrench since they are a "Bicycle Service Store". ain't much service being provide except a lack of sales and customer service. Thankfully I made it not to farther down the road to "Orange County Bicycle Service & Garage" where when I rode up to the shop their worker asked if I needed to borrow their spoke wrench or buy one which is a response a real bike shop should give.
