Words fail me. I have never seen anything like "Cowboys" convenience store and gas station.

You drive up to the establishment from 280. As you park your car, you can smell the amazing bbq from the food truck on the right side. You walk in to an "interesting" scene.

Upon your entrance, you will see a Cowboy statue with a barrel of Alabama peanuts. Turn left and you will see a Nick Saban cardboard cutout and Slimer from the Ghostbusters films with candy bars in his mouth.

Having lived in an assortment of states with wacky alcohol laws, I was immediately drawn to the draft beer section of the store. Although they sell larger quantities, I opted for a take home pint of the "snake handler" from Good people brewing and a bag of white trash seafood boil spice.

It is no wonder why this place is number 1 in the top 50 most usual c-stores...

I went to this cute looking establishment as a African American woman to grab something for lunch before my shift in Chelsea & was treated cold & with & rudely by guy who checked me out, I was in a rush no time to go a drive thrur place & opted to grab something to eat there (Preferably a prepaid salad or wrap) but chose their BBQ Brisket sandwich that was ready to go, thanked the
attendant for my sandwich, chips & drink & he begrudgingly mumbled something back unaudible,,
Assuming the sandwich was already prepared with BBQ sauce for $6.00+ with Tax, I get to work to eat my lunch to a dry sandwich & call Cowboys to learn they do indeed have condiments available which I feel the employee should have mentioned when I purchased their product in first place! When I called called them to let them know I was treated poorly & without customer service or concern for my legitimate complaint. I was
told to get over it and call whoever I want want. Hate to always think racism, but what else am I suppose think. ?

The man that's there today doesn't know how to work register with debit cards and shouldn't be working alone like he is not to mention he's behind the counter getting paid and didn't want to take 3 steps to the cigarettes for me to buy them. He sucks! Hope you get fired soon dude

While pumping gas on 7/18/23 there were plenty of yellow jackets swarming around the trash cans by the pump. The first pump was so bad I had to move to another pump to get gas. Even at that pump I was seeing a lot of yellow jackets and had to stay on guard. Trash cans may need to be cleaned or management should spray, wouldn’t be good if a child was stung or if someone who is allergic gets stung so just wanted to bring this to managements attention. Besides that I will frequent cowboys but not for gas anymore until this is resolved.

I been getting diesel here for nine years. I have purchased a lot over the years. I have never been charged for ice in my own cup til this morning. I personally think if purchase as much diesel as I have this greedy store should not charge for ice. I do not recommend this place anymore. Used to have friendly workers but not this morning. I will never be back I have been coming here for years no more for me. Greed is one of God's the seven sins He hates. Have a nice life Cowboys.

Shut this place down! They sell tobacco, vape and THC products to underage children. For over a year now it has been the go to for high school kids!!! Employees should be fired!!! Owners should be held responsible.
