Has a few stores here but unless you have a specific item in mind, don't bother. The homebums who squat nearby have no couth and will come bother you if you sitting at the bagel shop.

Ample parking lot space, you'll find Jacks famous Bagels, rite-aid, sprouts, Carl's Jr., as well as a Wells-Fargo ATM in this shopping center.

Milpas shopping center is probably my most frequent stop. Tons of free parking and I'm always stopping there for something at Carl's (fast food), Sprouts (produce, yogurt, baked goods +++), Rite Aid (prescriptions, vitamins, snacks, ice cream, household supplies), and of courseJack's Bagels.

We went to sprouts. Very expensive, The Man Behind Me when I was paying was extremely rude! Disappointing that the cashier didn't step up and say something to him!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the people behind him said something to him. They told him to chill out. The cashier said and did nothing

This shopping center is right by the 101 north onramp on (Calle) Milpas St. It has Sprouts, Carl's Jr, Rite Aid and Jack's Bistro & Famous Bagels.

Convenient place to grab breakfast, lunch or necessities. Jack's Bistro Bagels were a staple breakfast for us while we were in Santa Barbara.

There is a Petco and not much else in the shopping center. The pet urine in the parking lot hasn't been rinsed off in forever. I could smell it from the gas station across the street. I got home and washed my shoes. There is a Carl's Jr at the side of the parking lot. I am sure it's costing them a lot of business. It doesn't show Santa Barbara off in a good light. It's the first off ramp from the south.

The Milpas Shopping Center is conveniently located just off of the 101 at Milpas St. The Rite aid was just remodeled, theres a pet shop, and the parking situation's easier ever since Trader Joe's moved. Security is good here; they're friendly, attentive and effective. Theres a Carl's Jr here too, which has the only restroom available to the public.
