Kyles and Nika (both store and ramen) are good, FexEx is ok, pet store is better than you'd expect. Parking is tight, dominated by TJ at one end and (pretty good) Nugget at other.
Other side is much sparser, Cold Stone, Sushi Terri are both good, Los Arroyos is surprisingly good, but can be very loud. Perking is usually no problem on North side.
