My wife played an online order, no email was sent to notify the order was canceled. It took 2 days of patiently waiting after we finally called to find out our order was canceled. The whole point of online shopping is to avoid this nonsense. Why have a feature if you can’t uphold volume of demand. 1 item for pick it not very hard to complete. Even a courtesy call would have been accepted.

The store closes at 8 pm today 7/13/23 , but the fitting room is close before 7:30 pm according to the manager and of course we were unable to go inside at all because there were clothes all over - it wasn’t the fact a customer could’ve get hurt but just because they have a mess there( according to this person the manager )good thing as the manager told us with a real “nice attitude” ( if you happen to get a final sale item you can exchange it if it doesn’t fit because of course you can’t use the fitting room , no money back just exchange ) . Great customer service !!!

This store is very Kept up, clean and very Organized!! I love forever 21 they have great deals And very pleasant employees when I ask for help. I would Like to give a shout out to Rachel she is on of the sales associates she is very professional and very Nice! Should hire more like her.

The stuff is cute but a little pricey but they have the sales section. They have a large assortment of clothing and is separated appropriately so you don't have to wonder where is where. The employees are nice and are always attentive. Wish they had a bigger sales section with items that weren't damaged or dirtied. But most of their stuff is wearable and cute.

Super boring for a dad waiting while his teenage daughter shops. If you want to encourage parents (who are usually the ones paying!) to visit with any regularity, put a few chairs out so we can sit (not on the pedestal of a mannequin!). Clothes seem of decent quality at low price point.
