I go to Safeway daily for certain items such as yogurt, deli meals and bagels. Good food. Great service. Open til 1:30 am, don't expect it to be truly open until 7 am. Great coffee at Starbucks in-store.

Safeway,Rite Aid, Pet Express and Bank of America ATM plus food options outdoor tables and Office max. Very friendly customer service in all businesses plenty of parking prices are average. Safeway has competitive prices. Which is the best option if you want to save. Let express if you want a variety of the markets high quality of pet food also hands on customer service plus continuously has sales and discounts, clean friendly pet washing station, cbd options for pets over counter pets medical needs if you want home delivery also has a percentage of first order. Pet Express is the a great choice for your pet care needs in Davis. My opinion, Safeway is like any other Safeway as well as Rite Aid, Office Max Express food options

This South Davis Safeway is a convenient place to shop. The store is clean, well organized, and well lit. The shelves are not full of products most likely a reflection of post-pandemic supply chain issues. The produce is fresh in both the organic and non-organic areas.

They've made changes this year. Self-checkout is so much better! Everything else is slight changes like packaged vegetable and salad wall looks different and some items have been shuffled on some aisles. They're all close enough that I haven't had issues throughout it all. The staff are always helpful and do a great job when I've had to interact with them. This is my preferred Safeway location in town for its wider aisles and slightly increased offerings (some vegetarian and vegan options that I have less consistent success finding at the other location, in particular).

I used to ride my bike here to do grocery shopping and shop at Rite Aid but the lack of security has meant an increase in theft incidents and a decrease in a sense of personal safety. It's a real pity. The range of shops and eateries at Oakshade is great but I will be walking from now on and doing my grocery shopping elsewhere. If you own a half decent bike or, like me, your bike is your only form of transportation don't leave it parked here!
