I had called to see if they had any iPhone 16 pro's available and was told they did, so I came in looking to upgrade to it. Immediately after saying I was a customer, I was told about line upgrading and suggested twice to go to an apple store for various reasons. It's completely out of the way, so I reassured the guy after seeing the color of the iPhone16 pro that I was interested in buying it and asked them to check their stock. I then had to wait 5 minutes to be told they had it and was then suggest for a 3rd time to go to an apple store. Not sure if I dealt with a t-mobile rep or an apple store rep. Will not be coming back

Be extra careful, the salesmen don't listen and are kiniving. Take notes so you do not get sidetracked and always sign in! The technicians are always great!

Great customer service. Kevin help me set up my phone and paired my Apple Watch pair it up. I was having trouble turning on my phone and they were able to assist me with the issue. Staff was super patient and helpful.

They offered me an extra line that they said it was free but later they started charging my account. Also, I bought an iPhone that they said it will be delivered in 3 weeks now it has been 3 month and I still have not got my iPhone. They do not take complains seriously. I have complained 3 times but every time they just did nothing.

This store was the best service we have had In 15 years as a Sprint Customer.

The repair technician MANNY. was very professional and thorough. He fixed my phone issue in under 1/2 hr.
An issue another store told me the phone needed to be returned as it was an iPhone issue ..: turned out to be fixable in the store - just needed the right repair person who knew his stuff.

Manager was courteous and friendly

Highly recommend this location in all the bay area .

T-Mobile shipped us two boosters and when my family cancelled our plan, we called customer support two different times for a return label for them and we never received them. Eventually we decided to just to in store which so happens to be this store. When we went into the store they said that they couldn't take the boosters for return and to just call customer support for the return label. We called customer support a third time and they told us we could've just went in store to return the boosters.

So I'm certain this store is just too lazy to do returns.

I went to the store 2 times and the second time I went. I was not Her” again “. Definitely not going to the store again. Customer service needs to be #1 priority..

I had been with another carrier for years. I went in expecting a stress-filled encounter and was prepared for the worst. After two hours, I became a customer. I was able to get all my kids IPhones and maintain a decent bill. (Buy one, get one free will always help with that!) The customer service was amazing and not pushy. They didn’t seem to have an agenda for me. Yes, they are there to set up new customers and sell phones but they took the time to figure out the best phone plan for my family and the best phones. Thank you guys!
