This shop has basically cards for every TCG you can possibly think of, ranging from the most popular (Pokemon, Magic, Yugioh) to more niche series (Weiss Schwarz, Vanguard, Dragon Ball, etc.). The staff is very friendly and everything is usually fairly priced against the market. The BIG major gripes I have is that they never seem to pick up the phone and their opening hours are stupid inconsistent. Honestly feels like open whenever they want. Also some of the tables are piled high with boxes of random stuff and it's always been that way. I still think this place is worth a shot mainly due to their selection, but there is some serious improvement needed in the professionalism and cleanliness department.

In all my years of playing Yu-Gi-Oh and the 10-20 card shops I've been to, this is by far the worst. Never before have I seen a card shop in such disarray. Crap is just everywhere. Boxes, cards, wrapping paper, wrappers, sleeves, etc. just on every floor, table, nook and cranny. The display shelves are extremely disorganized and the even the product on the wall seems to be hastily displayed, disorganized, and trashed. This place is honestly in a perpetual state of appearing as if there is a tornado constantly blowing through it. As much as I want to play at "the most competitive" spot in my area it is nowhere near worth playing here until management/employee changes are made. Photo attached but trust me it's even worse once you walk further in.

Everytime I have walked into this store, my anxiety is peaked. Cards laying about the floor, product on shelves no price and when inquired about the employees don't know so won't sell. Trash takes up the majority of the floor space and management seems not to care or notice. I tried to go to an OTS Yugioh event and saw players weaving and maneuvering around the empty boxes and pack wrappers that blanket the ground and tables. And when I was ready to purchase something I was left standing in front of the counter for about 10 minutes before someone popped out of a trash pile and continued to ignore me.

Drove here yesterday 20 minutes, got there 30 minutes before closing and the place was locked up. Ok, fair. So I try again today, says they open at 1:00, took another 20 minute drive and got there around 2:00, place was still closed. Called 3 times no answer. Absolute joke of a storefront and a complete waste of my time.

Don’t answer phone, stopped hosting tournamens. WEAK SAUCE. Konami needs to strip their OTS status because they’re screwing the Bay Area out of quality tournaments and even OTS Championships

I don't even know when the place opens. It says it's open from 12 to 7pm in Google but when I went there in the time range it said it was closed

I usually walk in and am out within 5 minutes. I search for Yugioh singles, and although they have many, their glass case is stupid messy and unorganized, along with the rest of the store. Many reviews show potential customers not being greeted when they come in, and this is true for me also. There are always people playing at the tables, but even if you want help, you have no idea who to talk to, who’s an employee, and who’s not. This isn’t always the case, but it happens enough when I walk in where I believe it’s a consistent issue. I’ll still go, as their support for most TCG product is nice and it definitely has an authentic locals feeling. I hope they improve here.
