Absolutely love this upscale boutique. The clothing and accessories are amazing. I encourage everyone to check this little hidden gem out when visiting Downtown Blue Ridge. I promise you will not leave without a bag in hand.

I never leave bad reviews but the staff here is super rude. I walked in and was smelling a candle and the glass top fell off and broke. I totally expected to pay for it, and was standing there holding it in hand waiting to ask someone what their policy was (this was a voluspa candle - I buy them frequently so I know they’re not cheap) and the completely rude staff member looks at me and goes “you’re going to have to buy that.” I assumed so, but she could have just said “I’m so sorry but our policy is XYZ” but instead was super RUDE and assumed the worst. Great example of - it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I was so shocked I said something like “I’m not sure why you’d have them displayed like this” to which she literally laughed at me. I actually expected to shop around and would have bought a few more things (I was specifically in the market for that brand of candle because I normally can only buy them online) and had the staff been even remotely friendly/cool about the situation I would have paid for the broken candle and along with others. But after that I just wanted to leave. Absolutely avoid. Horrible.

Love the shop! Friendly retail assistant and clean changing room. These clothes were reasonably priced and I was surprised! I wish I had known about Juliana’s when I was a bachelorette! I definitely will drive up from Atlanta for future events.

Juliana’s is my FAVORITE boutique in Georgia! They have such a wide variety of clothing and products, they’re always updating their website, socials, and app to keep it up to date and easy to use, and the owners are always willing to make everyone’s experience great. They are the definition of an awesome small business with down to earth, humble owners. If you ever get a chance to stop by, you absolutely should!

I LOVE Juliana's boutique! They have the cutest selections and the staff is AMAZING! I'm always greeted with a smile, they're eager to help and have super fast shipping online. The store is setup for very easy browsing. I love that they have pairings put together to make shopping even easier for those of us who don't enjoy the headache of choosing an outfit. I get so much Christmas shopping accomplished at this store and always come away with me some gifts, too! 🙂

I wanted to thank Juliana’s for a great experience! My friend and I went last night to find the perfect outfits for us to wear on our girls trip to Charleston in a couple weeks! We got off work and came as fast as we could, getting there right before closing time! We stayed an hour past time, and the associate working was super nice, and helpful. Didn’t seem bothered by us trying on everything in the store and keeping her! We felt right at home and loved everything we purchased! So thank you thank you, for having such a great store!

My wife was laughed at because she didn't like a price, regardless of your right to price your merchandise. She also has the right to decide if it is in her budget and definitely not laughed at for thinking so. We came in to spend money, and due to this, a store down the street earned $500 of our money, and she left happy.
