Went in today to do a return and I walk up and the lady behind the register does not have her mask on and the lady next to her has it below her nose. They make me leave the store to go to my car with my toddler to put a mask on and will not give me service (to just do an exchange and leave) unless I do. Follow your own rules and be nicer about it. If I hadn’t HAD to do a return from a gift I would not have given them any business. Rude hypocritical staff.

Horrible customer service! Never by a gift here as the return/exchange policy is so bad! Went to make a Christmas
exchange on Jan 13th but there deadline for return was Jan 8th. No exceptions. That is ridiculous.
