Their return/exchange policy is horrible. I bought my daughter a Christmas gift in early December. She needed to return it or at least get credit. When she went to return, with receipt and tag still on dress that was never worn, she was told no. They told her returns have to be within 7 days. It was a Christmas gift that I bought on 12/8 and gave it to my daughter on 12/25. They went on to tell her that they might have been able to take it back if she had come in sooner, it was 8 days after Christmas when she went to return. We were out of town for a Christmas trip until 12/31. I won’t be supporting this small business anymore and will discourage anyone else from shopping there as well.

Absolutely love this boutique. Jennifer is quick to assist her customers in any way possible and make it an enjoyable shopping experience. The prices are fair, and I love that they have a Facebook they are very active on.
