Dropped my vehicle off on 9/30/24. Process was simple was kept up to date on the progress through messages. Was concerned about the paint matching but was put at ease about their color match process. My vehicle was completed before schedule and was cleaned on the inside. Would definitely recommend CARSTAR Laneys

I took my 2008 Honda in for a broken tail light and dent on bumper. The estimate was deemed to high for the value of my car. I regain my car back from the insurance company. I went and picked my car up from the car repair shop and paid $313 dollars to have it re-assembled. Car parts were removed from my car that had nothing to do with the damages! No monetary refund! Talk to both managers and I left with more damage than what I already had.

They does awesome job and will get your vehicle back in a timely manner. They get the job done right. They will also keep you updated on the the process. I drop my vehicle off on a Friday and got it back Tuesday. Highly recommend

The young ladies at the front counter are awesome. They greeted me quickly and processed my vehicle almost instantly. How ever upon picking up the vehicle I noticed only one of the requested repairs was completed. I was instructed to pick up my vehicle Friday night as they wouldn’t be open over the weekend. And I was informed that once they submitted the repairs as finished I was required to return the rental or face fees for keeping it. I again tried to schedule a pick up/drop off for the following Monday and was told that they had completed my repairs and that the vehicle was due for drop off. I have reach out to the insurance company to resolve the issues, seeing that my calls haven’t been returned from car star , and have had no luck with them either.

Communication from Laneys to me regarding the progress of the repairs to my car was completely inadequate, they rely on an automated texting system that lack many important details.
Laneys charges higher rates that my insurance company was willing to pay, they knew this would be a problem but failed to let me know this until the repairs were under way. Had they notified me of this when I brought them the estimate from the insurance company or when I dropped off the car, I might have chosen a different shop.
I believe they do good work! But fail in communication.

The staff is amazing. They did a timely and wonderful job on my car. I was kept updated on what stage of the process my car was at and how the previous stage went so I knew that everything was still on track. When I picked my car up not only was the outside of it washed but they went through and cleaned the inside of it too. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them.
