I was hoping I wouldn't ever have to go here but unfortunately, I had to register for assistance with housing. Even though they weren't able to provide additional assistance for housing, they were and are still willing to help anyone that wants/needs assistance as long as you follow the requirements plus guidelines. I wish they had more funding to service more people and/or expand their location. As every day isn't promised, you're not always guaranteed that you can't or won't have your world turned upside down in a moments notice and this place will work to reverse your misfortune to the best of their ability. Thank you 7Hills!!

Enter at own risk( a lot of untrained dogs without vaccines),unfriendly ( to the point of rudeness)staff, play favoritism, & do very little to actually help a person get off the streets. Mostly line their own pockets

This place does amazing things , they have two case managers who are awesome, Crystal as an awesome outstanding Director. Jenny who maintains the service building very which is where you get showers, clothes, mail and all sorts. Then you got the staff team on the other side where everything starts as a client must sign in when they enter before getting any services . I have been helped out by far from there than any other center thanks to Christina, Kim, Jerry and Mickie.

Employees working here are absolutely wonderful even though they don't get enough credit for all they do unfortunately some folks take the assistance for granted 😔 one thing it really needs so very badly is a pressure washer in the areas where people congregate in some acidic concrete cleaner so the flies don't have any feeding ground but cleaning vinegar is so cheap really I wish I could volunteer for doing this after hours sometime for them if only someone would be willing to donate the necessity cleaning products and power washer rental 😊🤓🤔

I was evicted June 1st 2022 that day I went to the day center and met with Diane and did all the paperwork. I didn't think anything would happen but about a month later I got an email asking if I was ready for housing. It took another 2 months to get everything figured out but I am in own place .
If you do what they ask and have a little patience good things will come.....
Edit
They did not do what they said they would do. It started out right but 6 months in everything changed. It's all good though....
