My visit was very pleasant. The cashier/staff member was very nice to me and said welcome when I came in and when leaving told me to have a nice day. Store was clean and organized. I’d love to go back to this 7-11.

Terrible cashiers, unfriendly & ask them a question of a certain item & doesn’t even bother to understand what I’m asking for & had to spell it for him. Found it myself, this is the 2nd time had a very bad experience in this 7-eleven. 1st time is with a cashier named Faye, now Wyatt. I bought half gallon of ice cream, 2 bars of strawberry ice cream, 2 pints & Thai tea, have to even ask for a bag. Usually that’s automatic, come to end up he said that they ran out of bags. Didn’t even exert an effort to see if they have something to put all the items I bought, had to grab all these cold ice cream without a bag. This is uncalled for, with my job customer service is our #1 priority & this store is outmost the worse worst customer service I’ve ever seen, very disappointing ?

The 7-Eleven is grimy I went to go buy medicine for myself and the price in the home said $7.99 I go ring up two of them and they were like $13 be wary of the 7-Eleven they like to change prices or do price increases and don't even tell you and it doesn't matter because the workers can't change the price it comes down to the owner this is the worst 7-Eleven I think in Orange County honestly this is the worst 7-Eleven I ever been to and I really really do hope the county sheds them down cuz I'm going to go through the proper protocol to make sure that the inspector in Orange County or whoever give them a fine. Because they're supposed to be able to give me that price that was in the home this is sad There are some great workers there but they can't do anything about it it's really the owner and I know I can't go to corporate because corporate's not going to do anything I'm going to take it as far as I can take it they're looking at a lawsuit with practices like this.
Unfortunately I hate to tell people but this is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to ever. If you go to the other locations one year to Hilton and one that is up Baker Street you'll be able to get any type of hot food at all times this one tends to keep no hot food made at all and they'll probably tell you they can't make it because they're out so if you want any hot food and have to go to the 7-Eleven do not go at night. There's a gentleman at night who doesn't make food and then there is another one who doesn't make food as well they both are possibly pakistanian or India born citizens but they do not like to work at night and make hot food you've been warned and their managers won't do anything about it.

Just wow! I did not think it would Ever be possible to walk into a 7/11 and be shocked. Shocked because it is as a complete 180 from the last time I stopped in no more than a few weeks ago. Point being, the overall experience was really positive and very impressive. The awe inspiring new hire that works nights has really put a lot of work into making your store unlike any other convenience store across the board. You are beyond lucky to have hired him. He runs the night shift while reorganizing, replenishing, facing product, and giving the most sincere customer service with a sense of genuineness. Your store looks completely different. Like products together, correct signage, straight rows, no holes, color seemed to pop even. This guy is a rockstar and works his *** off because he takes pride in his work and probably would kill it in any other position. I hope that you are aware of his value and are as impressed as I am. Give this guy a raise or a promotion! Someone is going to take notice to what an asset to any company he would be. Thank you for wowing me and exceeding expectations as I made a quick run for some dog food. Coming from a business owner and the natural foods grocers world , invest in this game changer. I hands down would predict your sales have seen quite a lift as of late. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plus! Awesome job!

One of the worst 7 elevens I have visited recently. At 4 pm all the 5 coffee stations were cold. The exclusive one was really cold. We told the girl who was at the cashier and she couldn’t be bothered at all.

7-Eleven locations within the city of Costa Mesa are quite tiny in general, and this one is no exception. Narrower selections of many snacks and candy bars are found here compared to 7-Elevens in other cities. The only place I can lock my bike is the ramp railing near the street when this 7-Eleven does not have a gas station.

I come to this location pretty often and it’s usually just a typical encounter. Lately, from time to time this young man is working. He is the nicest most upbeat person I’ve encountered in a while. He’s super animated so getting a read on his name tag isn’t always easy. I think its Malick? Apologies if that’s not correct. I would like to commend this awesome person on amazing customer service!!!

Extremely rude girl working in the front told me the register was closed I questioned why then she told me to hurry the f up. Throws the receipt at me. Should teach the employees how to treat their customer right. That was not very mature.
