Stopped into the 4 sons here in Carefree at 3:15 PM today ANNA being the manager line going all the way back past the drink refrigerators ask someone to help as it was taking a long time with just one cashier , says she’s the manager standing there talking two guys Squirting a window cleaner . Ask her to help and her with the an attitude …she says the one cashier she can help you. I guess her two guys she’s talking to is more important than her customers ,hopefully someone reading these bad posts that you’re having about this location and fixes the problem which is management.

Find another place, trust me. Bathroom is always gross. The store is grimy. Always shorthanded. Don’t buy a subscription to the CARWASH. It is broken a lot of the times, opens late or not at all and closes early. You can only car wash at this particular store with the subscription. I cancelled my subscription after paying for the entire month and they cut me off the same day even though I paid for the entire month. For the same money you can get a deal with superstar car wash with a ton of locations… It’s obvious, this is just a cash cow for the owner who does not feel it’s important or know how to provide a clean well run service business. QT is the gold standard, that is how a business should be run

Had to wait for a bit (10 minutes) for an attendant. Dude was super cool when he got to me. Apologized for the wait and gave me a little upgrade on the wash. All in all I give the car wash a good review.

I have absolutely no idea why anyone would ever patronize the 4 Sons gas station at Carefree Highway and I 17...I know I won't again...I have never had a good experience there. Gas is 30 cents higher than anywhere else, employees are surly, there is ALWAYS a long line inside with only one cashier working...I only stopped tonight because I wanted a car wash....well..no paper for receipt/wash code at pump, had to go in to store, 15 minute line with one cashier, as usual....THEN .. car wash not working well. Employee all ?‍♀️. I am NEVER stopping here again. Finally learned my lesson. There are 2 or 3 better Circle K's in the opposite direction....worth the extra time to avoid this place...

Worst gas station I've ever been too. Live in the community but always try to stay away. Gas is 30 cents higher than anywhere. The attendants are different every week which I dontbkame them management is horrible. Car wash I got ended up charging me for 3 months after one wash because there's an automatic sign up with the censor you get. most recently I tried to inform them I got a defective product and I just wanted them to let the manufacturer know. Inw would have bought more but their stock is always garbage. I'm officially done going here. And I would highly recommended staying away from this. Employees are a joke. Worthless.

When this car wash opened it used to be amazing. Now half the time when I show up to get my car washed I have to wait for 5 minutes because the attendant also is a cashier inside the building. The last couple times I have been there some of the brushes don't spin when they're trying to wash your car. And half the vacuums don't work anymore. It's time to cancel my monthly membership and my wife's monthly membership because the values no longer there.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I went through the car wash and my car came out completely soaked with soap all over it. I pulled back around to the car wash area to show the employee my car and he said " SO, what do you want me to do about it?" No believing my ears I asked him to repeat himself and he said it again! I went into the storeand asked to speak to themanager 15 minutes later she comes walking out. When I told her about the horrible job the carwash did and even worse customer service her employee had she just stood there with a blank look no apologies no I'll talk to my employee nothing! I will never use this gas station ever again. They need to fire the whole staff and learn how to treat customers.
