I’ve been coming to this store for over 2 years getting all my detailing supplies and machines. Great products and Jorge’s customer service is the overall cherry on top of 3D Lake forest. I wish I could give 3D 10 stars! I spent some time at the shop again looking for products for my car detailing hobby. I left with a wealth of information, the right products, and the inspiration to start working on my car immediately. Jorge explained each item in a manner I could not only understand but really learn. He showed me the right polisher and pads based upon my skill level. He listened to my concerns and even took the time to give me an opportunity to really learn. I had such a great experience that I now won’t go anywhere except 3D in Lake Forest! Their pricing is very reasonable and the quality is top notch. Jorge was so organized and never pressured me into buying anything. I’m super excited to take a course (or 3) from 3D Lake Forest. Victor is phenomenal he is the defection of customer service. I’ve Been shopping at 3-D lake forest for the past three years when I started detailing professionally and ever since day one I have been bugging victor with question on how to do this and that always had a smile on his face and gave me his best opinion. Very knowledgeable In the detailing industry. Best shop in So-cal only cause of victor!
