Unpleasant experience at checkout male casher pushed the OK button on my wife as she inserted her debit card without giving her. The opportunity to check the total and WITHOUT applying the discount coupon she showed him. He could/would not give her the difference back and after about 5 minutes got a supervisor to come up front and hand wright a memo discount on the back of her receipt. Very convoluted and rude demeanor. Will "HAVE" to come back if only to get the discount on another purchase she probably did not need. Very BAD TASTE/Shopping experience.

I visited the store at the grand opening and was impressed with the variety of inventory but disappointed in the pricing which seemed pretty high. However, overtime, the inventory variety and quality has degraded to mostly lower end commonly found "thrift store" brands. Was disappointed that the color system wasn't being used. I cvisited several times waiting for the color discount system to be implemented...once that happened I was able to occassionally find something here and there...but mostly practical items. I visited recently on a Sunday and was able to pick up two pieces of costume jewelry, but no real bargains...market value was the 50% off price. I also grabbed a bag of measuring spoons....again 50% off made the price fair/good. The only good thing about the high prices is that on the day the color change there is inventory available. 25% discount on every Tuesday but I would wait for the color change on Wednesdays. A new Goodwill is opening up literally down the street and Red, White, Blue Thrift is also close by. If you are short on time. I would skip this place!

The store is organized but the prices are outrageous. You do realize you’re selling used items? Most people should just stick to goodwill

I went there for the first time today I don’t know what people are talking about. Their prices are great. Their stuff is so clean. I found so much stuff. I can’t wait to go back. The place is so organized clean the manager himself helped me my son found something he’s 25. I was really impressed and excited. I can’t wait to go back, they also explained you know what what days they have 25% off the whole store what tag is which Cetera I have nothing but good things to say I give it a five

I was very excited that they were opening this location in Voorhees. The merchandise was as expected since I have shopped at other locations and was pleased. I will say that the prices are very high and a lot of things were more than what I would pay for if I was to buy it brand new. The other location I have shopped at before has a color system for sale prices but this location had mentioned that they are not set up to do that as of yet so no color system for discounts was available. For me that was always a plus side to paying for some high-priced items was some items was on sale.

Prices are ALL OVER the place with no rhyme or reason. These 2 books are the same series, parts 11 and 11b, same condition, yet one is $1.49 and one is $6.49? There were more of this series with prices everywhere in between these two. Still better than the cherry hill location however.

I have been going to the old airport circle store and loved it. Cherry Hill and Voorhees have some of the most rude people and you get no help
Also disappointed how overpriced and not basic pride to put out filthy appliances. Few blenders old and dirty cost more than Boscov new clean and modern
I’m permanently back to Goodwill.
Never again 2nd Ave. ridiculous prices
