At Peter Piper on 12th and Ajo. lots of changes since I was last there! Good changes as far as play equipment and space.
Pizza is expensive but good. Didn't have unsweetened tea or zero sugar Pepsi products. Diet Pepsi, Pepsi and other Pepsi ? products were available and lemonade.
Had a great time with family and friends for my grand-daughter's birthday celebration ? ? ? ?

Very easy to reach weather by Personal vehicle Or right on the bus route. Plus there's several places to eat with several opjim's. There's grocery shopping. There are cell phone options.
Shopping options for clothes, shoes and Jewelry And even a gas station.

They really need to clean up This area every day I am there picking up my niece from school. Everybody in that parking lot is smoking. You can see them with foil. And a straw and also their meth. Pipes this area is really bad I had someone walk up to my car and ask where they can get some drugs

I was super happy that I can order online. This place usually takes some time answering the phone so the online option is great. The only thing I didn't like is that the to go pizza I ordered was cold when I got there. I noticed it when I got there but didn't want to wait for a new one to be made or bother the employees. I got there at the time the online app told me so I don't know why was cold

Noting good.to say about this mess.
I ordered pepperoni bacon, and got a smaller size of pepperoni sausage. And then told to wait 35 mins for my order, I went back and they couldn't find it.. wow. This place is a disaster at customer service and bad prices
